jaredcolorwebJared Mancuso grew up in New Hope, PA where over the years, he had been involved in performing arts in one form or another. From the time he was a child, Jared had been taking tap lessons, piano lessons, voice lessons, bass lessons, was involved in his big sister’s high school musicals, then grew up to being in his own high school shows, and went on to college in New York City where he majored in acting. Additionally, he played in a variety of bands from middle school and on, and has recorded several albums with them throughout the years. Jared is currently putting the finishing touches on his debut solo album, consisting of 10 songs on which he plays all of the instruments.

Damon Dering is an Arizona native who’s played an active part in Phoenix theater for more than 15 years, having appeared in numerous productions across the Valley. His original play Taking Your Shirt Off For Money was selected for a staged reading by the Arizona Commission On The Arts for one of the Arizona Theater Conferences. He also wrote and acted for local cable access show TV or Not TV, which received a Rocky Mountain Emmy for best cable access production. He has worked with Phoenix Theatre, Cookie Company, Childsplay, Is What It Is Theatre, Feast of Fools Theatre, Theater Works, Artists’ Theatre Project, Tempe Little Theatre and Stray Cat Theatre. He has been named Best Director of the Year by the Arizona Republic (Equus, Shakespeare’s R&J), the East Valley Tribune (Gilgamesh) and has received an ariZoni Award for Best Director twice (Shakespeare’s R&J, 2004 and Les Liaisons Dangereuses, 2005), as well as Best Actor (The Torch Song Trilogy, 2002). He was also listed in Who’s Cool, a list-in-progress of who’s living, working and creating in Downtown Phoenix by the New Times (which is sooo uncool to put in your web bio!).
