Steak Diane – This Big City favorite has medallions of tender steak covered with a fresh mushroom wine sauce and sautéed onions. Accompanied by duchess potatoes and pimento green beans.

Mustard-Crusted Pork Tenderloin – A delightful and delicious slow-roasted pork tenderloin with a sweet and fruitful pear and apple glaze that is sure to please any palette. Accompanied by roasted golden potatoes and pimento green beans.

    Suggested Wine Pairing: Angeline Pinot Noir

Chicken Veronique – A tender chicken breast served with a flavorful white wine and butter crème sauce and garnished with green grapes. Accompanied by orzo and pimento green beans.

    Suggested Wine Pairing: Babich Sauvignon Blanc, New Zealand

ABT’s Vegetarian Selection – A generous portion of cheese tortellini accompanied by a creamy homemade Alfredo sauce and pimento green beans.  

    Suggested Wine Pairing: Shoofly Shiraz

Chicken Cobb Salad – A generous portion of mixed greens and iceberg lettuce topped with diced chicken, tomato, boiled egg, bacon and black olives.
