What are your hours of operation?
Monday-Saturday 10:00am to 5:00pm, Sunday 11:00am to 3pm. Will Call / Box Office remains open on show evenings through intermission.
What is included in the price of a ticket?
Mainstage Room performance full tickets (“Dinner and Show”) include dinner, show, fees, and tax. What is not included? Appetizers, upgraded entrées, desserts, soft drinks, coffee/tea, alcoholic beverages, and gratuities.
Show-only tickets do not include dinner. You may opt to purchase beverages at the lobby bar and beverages and menu items in the Mainstage Room by arriving at least 1 hour before the performance begins. Simply let your server know that you have chosen to dine.
Encore Room performances vary – please see the Box Office for details.
Are show-only tickets (no dinner included) available?
Show-only tickets may be reserved and are based upon availability. Tickets will be held at Will Call and must be picked up the day of the performance. Arrival time is 45 minutes prior to the scheduled show time (Curtain: 2:00 PM for matinee performances, 7:30 PM for evening performances).
Are there any standard discounts?
Patrons with valid school IDs (“Student Rush”) or actors with proof of profession (playbill, equity card, etc.) may purchase show-only tickets 30 minutes or less before a performance for $20 plus fees. Limited to one ticket per ID. Subject to availability.
Payment must be made at the time of the reservation. Ticket sales are final and no refunds will be issued. Exchanges (for non-subscribers) can be made for an additional fee and upon availability.
PLEASE NOTE: Tickets reserve a specific table; however, seating at the table is unassigned and based on a first come, first served basis. If you are at a table for four or six and arrive before other patrons sharing the table, please be courteous and choose seats appropriately. Prefer not to share? Our Box Office staff will be happy to give you options for reserving the rest of the table.
Do you have children’s discounts? Is there a children’s menu?
We offer discounts for children ages 6 – 13. Please contact the Box Office to see if the show you are interested has any strong language or potentially inappropriate material.

May I bring my infant?
Arizona Broadway Theatre welcomes children aged six and older. As a courtesy to audience members and performers, babies are generally not permitted in the theatre.
What is the latest we can arrive for dinner?
To guarantee relaxed dining, we recommend you arrive no later than one hour prior to curtain time (Curtain: 2:00 PM for matinee performances, 7:30 PM for evening performances). Please note that times listed on the tickets include dining time.
Is parking available on site?
Parking, including wheelchair-accessible parking, is available on site, and it’s free!
What method of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
You may pay by check as long as we receive it at least two weeks prior to the performance date. For those purchasing by check, tickets will be held at Will Call.
Do you have any special accommodations available for those with a handicap?
We have hearing assistance devices available at the Box Office for those needing a little extra help.
Tier D is completely accessible for those with a wheelchair or mobility issues. Tiers A-C are each two steps down from the previous tier; Tiers E-F are each two steps up from the previous tier; Tier G is three steps up from F.
The Encore Room is on a single level with Balcony seating available for some productions.
Please note that the Balcony for both rooms is reached through staircases and no elevator is available.

Do you allow service animals?
Arizona Broadway Theatre welcomes Service Animals trained to provide specific work or tasks for the legally disabled as protected by the ADA. Any other animals that provide only comfort or emotional support for their owners are not permitted, including, but not limited to, companion animals, emotional support animals, and therapy dogs. Per Arizona law, it illegal to misrepresent a pet as a service animal and violators face fines up to $250.
Please do not bring your pets and leave them in your vehicle. Arizona Broadway Theatre reserves the right to call the authorities if an animal is locked inside a vehicle in the parking lot.
