Accommodating up to 200 people, the Encore Room at Arizona Broadway Theatre is specially designed for receptions, presentations, parties, and live performances. This classy venue features a beautiful wood floor for dancing, amazing acoustics, a premium sound system, performance lighting, and technical assistance available to run your event. With no permanent furniture, the Encore Room is incredibly versatile, can be set up in various floor configurations, and specializes in wedding ceremonies and receptions. We offer a long list of trusted professional services to complement events including DJs, photographers, and bands.
Located in the P83 Entertainment District, off of the Loop 101 freeway and Bell Road, on Paradise Lane. The venue is easily accessible from all parts of the Valley.

What Makes The Encore Room Special
The minimum rental period is three (3) hours, one (1) complimentary hour provided for setup. Tables, chairs, linens, centerpieces, house lights, staff, setup and tear down included in the pricing.

The Rental Process
Simply pick your day and rental rate
- Choose items to add to the rental including food, beverages, and equipment upgrades all listed below
- Choose the floor chart you would like for the event or indicate a custom setting
- Email your choices to our event planner and we will provide a quote for your review
Deposits & Final Payments
- A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the space for an event
- 60 days prior to the event, a second 25% non-refundable deposit is required
- The final payment is due 7 days prior to the event
We celebrated our 2022 Prom in the Encore Room and it was perfect! The staff was great, very professional, helpful and provided us with great desserts. The students had a great time and the venue was the perfect size for the number of students who attended the dance. Thank you to everyone who helped make this day special for our students!
Our club has been using the Encore Room each month for the last 7 consecutive months. We have had between 110-170 guests and the accommodations have been perfect. The management and staff have gone out of their way to support our needs. Food options are available along with special dietary considerations, if needed. A perfect venue with professional and friendly people to work with.
Our non-profit organization has held multiple events in the Encore Room. Some theatre style seating and some with lunch served at round tables. Every time we get exactly what we contracted for and the staff is pleasant before, during and after our events. Having options for food and drink are a plus for us. Not once has any of our guests had a bad experience. Our events have hosted between 75-150 guests comfortably in the Encore Room. There is plenty of parking space, the lobby is welcoming and the Encore Room is inviting and well-appointed.
Our Sweet 16 event turned out great! The venue is beautiful, staff is very helpful and friendly and the food was delicious. It’s in a great location and we highly recommend the small room rental as well. They went above and beyond to make our vision for the party come true!
