EVENT SPACE AT ABT

Opening in 2004 the Arizona Broadway Theatre has become the center of the arts world in the west valley of Phoenix.  Primarily known for producing eight superb Broadway productions each year the Theatre is also a superb venue for special events including shows, concerts, weddings, family celebrations, and business presentations.  The full-service kitchen produces incredible food and the lobby bar serves up the best tasty beverages to complement special events. The location has plentiful parking and is located close to the loop 101 freeway in the heart of Peoria’s P83 entertainment district.  Arizona Broadway Theatre has two first-class event locations available for rent:

The Encore Room

Accommodating up to 200 people the Encore Room is specially designed for receptions, presentations, parties, and live performances. This classy venue features a beautiful wood floor for dancing, amazing acoustics, a premium sound system, performance lighting, and technical assistance available to run your event. Located by the Loop 101 freeway and Bell Road, the venue is easily accessible from all parts of the Valley.

Encore Room Rental Rates

Minimum rental period is 3 hours, 1 complimentary hour provided for set up

  • Monday through Thursday $199 per hour
  • Friday through Sunday – $299 per hour

The Mainstage Theatre

Accommodating up to 462 people the Theatre is the largest space in the venue.  The floor has seven tiered levels set with dining tables facing the stage.  The stage is a proscenium design with light rigs, incredible sound system and projection screens off to the side.  Backstage there is a rehearsal room, dressing rooms, and everything required to run a performance.

Theatre Rental Rates

5-hour blocks available

  • Sunday through Thursday $2,500
  • Friday and Saturday – $4,000

 

Room rentals include

Tables, chairs, linens, centerpieces, house lights, staff, set up and tear down

Equipment upgrades

Audiovisual equipment, custom linens, table settings, entertainment, linens, decoration, lighting, sound, and bar options.  Refer to Items included with a rental and upgrades available for choices

Professional services available

DJ, photographer, wedding officiant, and a variety of bands, entertainers, and shows

Food Menus

Our menus include buffets, food stations, and plated meals depending on the needs of the event. Click Food & Beverage Menus for details, pricing depends on your choices. Arizona Broadway Theatre has a full service providing fresh delicious food for Encore Room events. Custom menus are available if you don’t find what you are looking for in our choices

Bar Service & Alcohol

Floor Charts & Seating Arrangements

The Encore Room can be set in a variety of ways:  choose from the Encore Room Floor Charts, or we can design a custom layout for your event.

The Rental Process

Simply pick your day and rental rate

  1. Choose items to add to the rental including food, beverages, and equipment upgrades all listed below
  2. Choose the floor chart you would like for the event or indicate a custom setting
  3. Email your choices to our event planner and we will provide a quote for your review

Deposits & Final Payments

  • A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the space for an event
  • 60 days prior to the event, a second 25% non-refundable deposit is required
  • Final payment is due 7 days prior to the event

Cancellations

If the event is unable to take place due to a mandated facility closure, we will offer a new event date up to 12 months in the future.
