Tickets

Have your tickets ready to be scanned on your phone, or printout at the entrance of the theatre.

Will Call opens at 5 p.m. for pick-up. 

Purchase your tickets online or through the Box Office prior to the day of the performance for the BEST seats available. 

Plan ahead and check your arrival time.

  • Matinee musical performance curtain occurs at 2 p.m. 
  • Evening musical performance curtain occurs at 7:30 p.m.  
  • Dining for each time happens 2 hours prior to the curtain time. 

Attire

Anything goes (well almost)!  The temperature in the theatre varies so many guests choose layers. Our guests wear everything from business casual to cocktail attire. And even Ugly Christmas Sweaters are welcomed during the holidays.

Photos and Video

There are no photos or videos allowed inside the theatres during the performances. Sets, costumes and music are subject to copyright, the House Manager will ask you to put down your phone and enjoy the exceptional live performance in front of you. 

Stay home if you're not well or not sure

Please reschedule if anyone in your group is experiencing potential COVID-19 symptoms, awaiting COVID test results or has tested positive, or may have had recent COVID close contacts. 

We highly encourage guests to wear a mask when not eating or drinking in the lobby, Mainstage Theatre and Encore Room.

Food Allergies

Before you attend the performance, please send our Food & Beverage team any food allergies you may have 72 hours prior to the performance date. We will make every attempt to meet food allergy needs. Please fill out the following online form.

Please write a full question. A question would be something like "My daughter does not eat gluten, dairy, eggs and sugar. Can we order the Chef salad without any of these items on it?" is a full and answerable question. "Vegan" "Allergy to soy & gluten", etc., are statements. "We have show only tickets and would like to dine" is a question for the Box Office.
