Gifts in Kind
Arizona Broadway Theatre (ABT) is appreciative of the individuals and businesses who donate in-kind goods and services to the theatre. From clothing donations for the Costume Department to special items for the Props Department, from advertising space to printing services that assist in promoting our programs, in-kind donations are important non-cash gifts that help ABT to reduce its expense budget.
Many companies offer to meet and equal the charitable contributions made by their employees. It’s an easy and thoughtful way for you to maximize the impact of personal donations. If you work for an organization with a matching gift program, ask your Human Resources office for the form, then complete and send it in with your donation. It will automatically double the impact of your gift and increase your benefits as a member of ABT’s Circle of Friends.

* $1,500 sponsors one seat at a table
* $2,750 exclusively sponsors a table of two
* $5,000 exclusively sponsors a table of four
* $7,500 exclusively sponsors a table of six
With a tax-deductible donation, you can place the name of your family, friend, or business at the table of your choice. Your gift will be honored with a personalized plaque that is mounted at the designated table.
ABT’s Academy for Young Performers, an educational program run by ABT, has been amazingly successful in its early years, demonstrating both the community’s interest and the ability of the theatre’s artistic staff to educate young people. Through the work of the Association, and with your support in the form of financial contributions, ABT hopes to expand its educational programs to serve performing artists of all ages and community groups, including special needs individuals.
Fry's community rewards program
Swipe your FRy's card and earn donations for Arizona Broadway Theatre!
Thanks to the Fry's Rewards Program, ABT will receive a percentage of every penny you spend at Fry's. All you have to do is register once and then swipe your Fry's Card each time you shop.
How to Earn donations:
STEP 1: Create an Online Fry's Account
*If you already have an online Fry's account, skip to Step 2.
- Visit http://www.frysfood.com
- Select 'Register'
- Under 'Sign-In information' enter your email and create a password
- Select 'Use Card Number'
- Enter your Fry’s V.I.P Card Number, last name and postal code. Under ‘Select Your Preferred Store’ enter your postal code and select ‘Find Stores’.
- Choose your store then select ‘Create Account’. You will then be prompted to check your email for a confirmation email. Click the hyperlink in your email to finish creating your Online Fry’s Account.
STEP 2: Register for the Fry's Community Rewards Program
- Visit https://www.frysfood.com/topic/community?activePage=community-rewards-2
- Click on "Link Your Shopper's Card" and then sign in with your log-in information.
- Click ‘edit’ under Community Rewards
- Under Find Your Organization: Enter Arizona Broadway Theatre's NPO number: CA065
- You should now see your organization information listed under ‘Community Rewards’ on your Account Summary page and are now ready to start earning donations!
Any transactions moving forward using the Shopper’s Card number associated with you account will be applied to the program, at no added cost to you. Fry’s donates annually to participating organizations based on your percentage of spending as it relates to the total spending associated with all participating Fry’s Community Rewards organizations.
